The Journey
2024
My professional massage journey began in 2024 when I graduated from Camosun College with a diploma in Massage Therapy and became registered with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC). Through schooling I was able to develop the foundational knowledge and skills to provide patient-centred care.
2025
From 2024 to 2025, I was able to develop my personal massage style and build healthy therapeutic relationships. I practiced at two different clinics in the West Shore and have learned a lot from both the teams and patients I had the pleasure of working with.
2026
I was presented with the opportunity to begin my private practice. The name "Story and Depth" is a translation of the core processes of massage therapy, assessment and treatment. Highly individualized, the assessment represent the patient's story and what brings them in for massage therapy. Then comes the depth that represents the hands=on treatment. Massage therapy uses these two processes to create a comprehensive and personal plan of care for each patient.
